Stay Back 100 Meters

So, as everyone knows, I am a bit of a Military freak, or I guess we could go so far as to say a Militant, I own a lot of guns, I shoot them regularly, as well as I am an avid believer in the zombie apocalypse, that being said, I generally find military stuff cooler than most, and I think that will be the case here.

A lot of people have "Support our Troops" ribbons and what not on their car, I found a different way to support our troops, and I am pretty sure at this point that it is fairly controversial, just from the reactions I have been getting @ work, I found a sticker, which is a replica of the sign that is displayed on the backs of Humvees and Contractor vehicles in Iraq. Which simply states "Stay Back 100 Meters or You Will Be Shot", it is written in Arabic and translated into English! I can't wait to get it and put it on the Civic!

Goin Stag?

Well, I have a wedding to go to on 10/14, I am in the process of finding myself a new suit, and was working on a "Date", however all of the girls that I would like to hang out with, let alone girls that I can stomach, are already busy on that date, so it appears that I am going to end up going stag, but I guess at least I am gonna look good right?

All My Travels!

So, I travel a considerable amount for work, I love the time that I get to travel because I get to see stuff that I have never seen before, go to places I have never been and eat awesome food at the expense of the company, my one problem with Travel seems to be that I am always alone, the stuff that I see and the food that I eat isn't nearly as good without someone to talk to about it, don't get me wrong, I love what I am doing, I just wish there was someone to talk to while I am out on the road.

Hacked!

Well, Apparently my XBOX Live Account got Hacked this morning! which is totally not awesome, they ran up about $90 in charges on my account,the bank can't do anything until the charges post, and I finally got a hold of XBOX Support, they say it will take up to 25 days to investigate my account, in the mean time my account is locked, so I can't play Gears 3 when it comes out on Tuesday! How awesome is that!? looks like I will be removing my CC info and just buying Xbox Live time cards!

Deliberations!

So, My Civic will be paid off next summer, and I have been weighing the option of either A. Trading in my bike for a bigger one (bigger payment). or B. Selling the Civic and getting a new car. All very crazy when I sit down to actually think about it, however at this very moment, I think I have come to a conclusion... this may change in a few months but who knows. My thought is that I am going to keep my bike, and give it some minor mods to make it a little zippier, we all know it needs that, sell the Civic once it is paid off, and use the money made to buy an 06-07 TSX, I need a car that has a little bit more room, the headroom in the Si is just not holding ground, and something that's a little nicer to cruise in, maybe even allow me to drive to a Chicago Con at some point because we can all fit!

I Love Being A Geek.

A lot of people look at me weird when I say something about going to get comic books on my lunch on Wednesday, but I would never change it, I love it that my brother's got me into comics, and that they are into comics, collecting original art is such a fun thing to do, you get to meet so many people, there is nothing quite like going to a convention, bottom line, I would not change the level of geek that I have reached for anything, except maybe a drastic increase of geekery.

Taking The Black....

I am not usually a huge halloween person, but I do end up going to a party or two, this year I am debating on making myself a set of lightweight armor, and buying a black cloak, and going as a Brother of the Night's Watch... I think I could pull it off with the whole beard and such...
